Norma leads our German operations, based in Frankfurt. She is bilingual English-German and has extensive knowledge of human resources and recruitment in Germany. Norma advises companies on all aspects of the recruitment cycle in a highly competitive market. Our international clients who are new to Germany particularly benefit from the wide range of recruitment solutions Norma and her team bring to the table.

Daniel Lupinski

Daniel is a graduate of the Commerce and Law School of Warsaw (Foreign Commerce Department) and has over 8 years of HR experience. Since 2000, he has worked for well-known Polish HR agencies such as Job Center and Grafton Recruitment. In Grafton he was responsible for creating the Temporary and Outsourcing Division as a Branch Manager. Daniel is currently buildng Devonshire's reputation as a new, professional Recruitment Agency on the Polish market.
